Pizza was not good at all. On top of that my total was 17.25 then randomly 2 days later my bank sends me a notification that they added to my total and now it's 20.25, how does a total go from one thing to $3 more 2 days later? Will not be ordering again what a waist of time and money.

Avoid this place at all cost, made a delivery order and when I called 2 hours later to check on it and I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner and was told “why don’t you come make your pizza if You wanted it soon” then proceeded to hang up on me. People like this don’t deserve to have a job, and they wonder why they don’t deserve more than minimum wage. Absolutely shocked

Horrible!!!! The staffing issue is not paying customer's problems. I live 2.2 miles (7min) from this location. It took almost an hour for me to receive the order after receiving a message from the tracking system. I spoke to a gentleman stating the driver left 30 minutes ago. He also begins to explain the number of orders and staffing concerns. I asked for the GM. Assistant manager Victor reviews the map and tells me that the driver had deliveries before my order. How many orders did the driver deliver before my order? Victor tells me one order. The driver pulled up during the conversation. I asked the driver how many deliveries did he have before my order. I wasn't surprised he said I was the first stop. Who is telling the truth, the driver or Victor? Victor gave me nothing but excuses and never apologized. THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND NASTY. I asked when would the GM be available? He tells me he doesn't know when his plane will be in. SMH. I asked should I just pick a day off the calendar to call? Needless to say, I didn't get an answer. Of course, I had to ask for the GM name which is Carlos. I use to be zoned for the Avalon store, which I NEVER had any problems. Now I guess this dump is the new store. After reading the other reviews, orders being delayed is a major issue with this store. Believe the other reviews, this is a horrible store. I will be calling Carlos and the company because this is unacceptable.
