My neighbors warned me that I would have to get an attorney to have them tent my house (for termites), even after ten years on the bond. Meanwhile, the situation became obviously worse over time. Find someone else is my advise, or certainly know and follow the letter of your agreement, then expect to follow up relentlessly. Massey hemmed and hawed about setting up a date to tent my house, and came up with excuses when they didn't follow through. Cost me a lot to switch to another contractor, but the house required it and I was not up for calling an attorney. Neighbors and another contractor told me they count on that. Also, the subterranean traps were not re-baited for a couple of years when I was out of town--they first denied it (despite the traps were overgrown in a few places), then, in a moment of candor admitted "yeah, we had problems with that one guy," as if that excused it. Also, with hardly any effort except for pushing a spreader around for 15 minutes four times a year, my lawn looks better than it ever did when Massey provided lawn care. More good advice from old timers around the neighborhood. To be fair, my lawn looks better than 90% of the other lawns in my neighborhood that other services tend to also. Weed and Feed and Milorganite plus judicious watering were all I needed. Service: Termite inspection
