We take your statements very seriously, so we listened to all the phone calls and read all the text messages. It was shocking how you were acting and the hate words that you used. When you didn’t get your way and get service for free, you called everyone you talked to a cracker (even a black person). You even called our computer a cracker when you didn’t like the automated cancelation message. Quote - “Like i said WE WILL BE THERE IN PERSON ITS A FREE COUNTRY CRACKER”. I listened to all the phone calls and read all the text messages, and EVERYONE treated you with respect and professionally (just the opposite of how you acted). If you knew anything about any of our employees, the last thing you would call them is racist. History - You requested pest control service 9/2022. You were explained our service is designed to last all year (it’s not just a spray treatment), that is why we charge by the year. You requested finance option and didn’t make one payment. Said “you moved” right after receiving the service.You called us again 2/2024 and requested service again (liked our garbage service?), you asked again to finance, and we gave you another chance. You called to tell us you moved and didn’t want to make any more payments. You didn’t like the response of the person on the phone (you are responsible for the payments) and wanted to talk to a manager “right now”. You did not like the manager had to call you back and you started getting ruder with the person trying to help you on the phone. The manager called you back (name is not Billy), you told him you moved and didn’t want to make any more payments. He offered to transfer the service to your new address for no charge. You told him you moved to North Carolina. He said let me see if I can help and then gave you half off the owed amount. You again started getting rude, called him a cracker and other things and threatened him. He let you know there was nothing more he could do, and you got even more mad and irate. He ended the call. A guy called back and said he wanted to get face to face and settle this like men, manager said I though you move to NC? And he said no we are in Orlando and can be right there. He did giggle, because of just admitted a lie. Yes, you two got even more upset because you didn’t intimidate him and get your free service. Threats, called a cracker and other things again. He explained no more contact should be made with this company or employees and the attorneys will handle the rest of it. Yes, you were told if you show up or continue threats of violence the police will be called. You called back many more times (we blocked your number, you started using different numbers), you were very rude (again calling everyone racist names and wanting to get face to face to settle this). The automatic cancelation message was sent and you even called the computer a racist and told the computer you were going to be there in person (I guess to be face to computer and settle this like man and machine). Sorry, that’s my attempt at humor.I was very disappointed to hear you cursing, using racists words and threatening my employees. They care about their customers, hardworking and are always willing to help, if they can. It’s a shame they must put up with this kind of thing. The manager dealt with this appropriately and earned a raise.Mickey mouse company, I wish we were that big! We’re just a small business with real local people that want to get paid for the work we do. One of the reasons we will not be intimidated is, if we just gave in, then the cost would go up for everyone doing the right thing and that is just not fair.I’ll try to use this review in a positive way and let people know about our “Giving Back Program”. It’s truly a blessing to be in a position to help people in need and see the relief and joy of them being in a bug-free home.
