Its hard to put succinctly into words the incredible difference Attorney Byrd and his staff have made in my and my familys life. There is no personal injury attorney I would recommend higher! 6 1/2 years ago I was involved in a car accident that wrecked my body and my life. It was complicated by a previous accident and a subsequent accident. Attorney Byrd stayed with me through the entire 6 1/2 years and brought my case all the way through a very complicated trial. Attorney Byrd and his staff took care of everything for me during the 6 1/2 years so I could focus on treating, getting better, and learning how to live with my new injuries. The trial ended up being rescheduled six times before we finally had our day in court and throughout that time the defense tried a whole menagerie of sneaky tricks. Attorney Byrd had none of that and held the other side to the standard of the law. He was always well prepared and ready to make sure that he could defend me and ensure that we had a fair and balanced trial. The trial itself was one of the hardest things Ive ever had to do. Attorney Byrd spent as much time as he could trying to help prepare me and reminding me there is nothing to fear because we have truth on our side. Attorney Byrd went above and beyond, watching him against the defense was like watching a pro athlete playing against a high schooler. He was prepared, well spoken, well mannered, measured, extremely knowledgeable and processed information at an incredible speed. We won our case as he always assured me we would, but even if we hadnt, I would have known there was nothing else he could have done to help me win. While I hope no one ever has to go through the pain and anguish of an accident, injury, or trial if you do I hope you can have Attorney Byrd and his staff on your side.
