Tood Minor Law was Great, I came from Morgan and Morgan to Them , because Morgan and Morgan would not help me Financially with a Litigation Loan to survive On, knowing that my Case would be Top Dollars, So I came to Todd Minor Law And Brandon Bournstien helped me Financially with that because I couldn't work anymore with my Injuries, if It wasn't for Brandon and Todd Minor Law I would have been homeless and out in the Street if it wasn't for them, knowing my wife is sick and has a life threatening Sickness and not going to be with me much longer, they had the Compasion Especially Brandon and the Firm to help us, they were wonderful in everything in the Case, and also the case Manager Jessica she was also Wonderful always getting right back to me. At any time I would recommend Todd Minor Law Firm.

Had one case with them with miscommunication occurring rather frequently. Was made to drive over an hour for an in person meeting with substantial back injuries; a meeting that should have been a one minute phone call or email. After my case, I requested information that to my knowledge should still be on file at their office - have called, emailed, etc. After weeks of repeated calls and emails, and promises from their office staff that they "would call me back" or "be available at a certain time", and still not hearing back - I assume they have either lost track of the records or simply have no desire to provide them. If you do not have the records or do not wish to provide them, please just let me know. :/ Edited on 4/5/2024: When the Todd Miner Law replied to my comment 5 months ago, I did call back in to address my concerns; having referenced this Google reviews reply I was routed directly to Todd: It was acknowledged that some of their attorneys prefer on-site (face to face meetings) but otherwise, they do try and accommodate calls or remote meetings where physical limitations are present. It was unclear why repeated calls or requests for the information originally went unanswered for as long as it did. When I offered to provide call logs and emails that showed the attempts, these were declined. They acknowledged that one agent I had worked with, was no longer available. I was provided the requested information within 48 hours of that call in. My only lingering concern or question is: When established communication methods are ignored, how should a customer reach out for resolution? My Google review appears to be the only reason they eventually took the call and followed up with the requested information.

Hands down, Todd Miner Law Firm is the place to go. If you're seeking a law firm that fights for you, even when the prospects of a good payout are slim, they definitely go above and beyond. They helped me immensely after my motorcycle crash. Thank youI would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was nervous to call a lawyer after our car accident but am so extremely thankful that I did. Todd Miner law was recommended to us and after an initial consultation, Trenton Swan was the lawyer assigned to our case. He did exactly what he said he would do and the timeframe was as expected. The unsung hero in the case was Trents paralegal Collette Cook. If I could give her a million stars, it still wouldnt be enough. She answered every email and phone call almost immediately. She fought behind the scenes to make sure we received everything that we deserved. When our family had multiple serious medical issues as our case was wrapping up, she reached out to check on us because she actually cared. I never felt like a case number, or a burden, or a nuisance when I reached out multiple times in rapid succession. I can only imagine how many cases she is working at any given time, but Collette made me feel like I was the only one and I have no doubt that she makes every one of their clients feel the same way. We will always be grateful for Mr. Miner and Mr. Swan, but Collette will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
