        The quality of the paint is great. Awesome selection of products l. The employees are very helpful and kind. The lady that works at The Alafaya Trail location in Orlando is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I will always buy from this location

        Horrible horrible service from a young short Hispanic lady. Don't know her name but incredibly rude. I go to a lot of Sherwin Williams and this store is a totally different experience. Two other ladies there, tall white lady and older black lady had absolutely nothing to say either. They heard the issue going on and just walked around pretending not to hear. One of them was a manager too I'm sure. You all need better training or to keep your problems at home. Don't take it out on your customers.
