I must say my experience was very positive, from getting an appointment to the epidural shots I received. Sometimes you need to try a different hand and I'll certainly trust this doctor for future issues. Good lord, the answering and return of calls is terrible, this is really going to cost this doctor a loss of business.

I absolutely love this office everyone is so nice and pleasant. The Doctor and the PA are wonderful. I have recommended him to so many people I have had 1 other pain doctor and him and his office were terrible. You would have an appointment for 1 and maybe be 4 or 5 they would see you. When I come to Dr. Qureshi I may wait 5 minutes. The staff are always so so nice and helpful. I just love this office.

The Doctor is very good but the staff is terrible, they are not attentive to the patient and they are even rude. It is unfortunate that such a good doctor loses patients because of the staff.

The doctor is good but the staff are a different story. I was going to the office in Haines City. They never answer the phone when you call and even when you get the answering machine and leave a message they never call you back. I would have to drive to the office to actually talk to someone. I will never recommend this place to nobody.
