Leaders Furniture of Orlando

We were looking for outdoor furniture to complete our patio. We came into the Orlando store and met Wendy. She went out of her way to show us items we were looking for and to explain. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We received the furniture when she arranged and it was perfect for our house. We highly recommend shopping at Leaders and working with Wendy!!

This is probably the 4th review i've ever written in my life, but I'm just so happy with Leaders that I had to share. As soon as we bought an outdoor furniture set from Leaders I was so happy with the build quality. What brings me to write this review, however, is the amazing customer service I experienced while trying to get replacement cushions (had an unfortunate incident with an animal hiding on the couch while it was covered and uhh....not making it out.....for several months....). I went to the store intending to purchase a new set and was reminded that i had purchased the protection plan. Within 2 days I had a brand new set of cushions. Everyone I worked with was just fantastic along the way. If you can, spend a little more on Leaders furniture and know that what you're getting is quality furniture that will actually hold up, backed up by a team that truly cares and wants to provide great customer service.
