I would absolutely recommend this store the entire staff were more than helpful kind and most of all patient the young lady who helped me she went over and beyond to help me choose 2 pair of glasses I couldn't believe just how much I loved them they definitely work as a team mr Jerry is walking around making sure your visit is a pleasant experience I can SEE again thank you all I will recommend you to anyone I know needs glasses ty again may you all be blessed always

Great experience at the eye doc with Dr. Isbaih and the crew. In and out quick (25-30 mins) and easy with friendly service Thanks Dr. Isbaih! Definitely will be back for glasses

Want to praise Jerry in your Alafaya store. Every time hes there he always has a warm hello and a kind smile. Hes just a pleasure with excellent customer service skills. I asked him who his supervisor was so I could praise him and he gave me your business card with QR code. He is a true asset to Eyeglass World! I hope you appreciate him as much as we do.

I specifically made an appointment online a week ago and confirmed it online and they day of they canceled my appointment and put someone else in my spot. Wont be coming here.

Got such a quick appointment, was seen timely, staff was great and polite and helped me. Highly recommend for any one nervous or havent been to an eye dr in a long time. They were really careful and patient with me.
