AdventHealth Medical Group Neurology at Orlando

HORRIBLE!! Service waited extra weeks for my migraines shots due the the nurse practitioners availability! I get here 3 minutes late after they called me to reschedule my scheduled appointment!!! TO accommodate her schedule, I said Ill try my best to get there earlier literally got there 3 minutes late!! I also called at 10:05am told her exactly the time the gps said and DUE TO THE WEATHER it slowed and rerouted.. MONICA 3min!! rescheduled me 4 weeks out!!!! I wish Dr. Nazario was still there! didnt even apologize! So disappointed would never recommend anyone here!

I had an appointment set up with Dr. Lotia for a frightening time-sensitive issue on 12/26/23. I was already booked months out and was very nervous about not being checked out sooner. I was told Id be put on a waitlist and if anything opened up, theyd give me a call. Of course that didnt happen. Instead, I got a text message 10/30/23 after already waiting months that my appointment was canceled, and to call to reschedule. I called and my appointment is now at the END OF MARCH. Appointments should be pushed and patients should be seen in order if they have been scheduled and waiting for months. I am now in an extremely stressful situation that my medical issue could progress to something much worse by time I am ever able to be seen by a doctor. I would not recommend coming here for neurology. I was told there are only two doctors who can be scheduled for my diagnosis (have never been seen yet), and that the other doctor was also booked out until next April. Very disheartening and scary for the patient.
