        I had my own suite inside of Phenix Salon. Had a great experience at the suite. Clean and well maintained. Management is good with communication. I would recommend if youre looking to provide a private experience to your clients. 10/10

        I recently visited the Phenix Salon Suites at SoDo, and I must express my disappointment with the overall atmosphere. The pervasive smell of marijuana within the premises was not only unpleasant but also unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter an environment where such strong odors are tolerated, as it detracts from the intended ambiance of a salon.

      Hello Haley. I am sorry about your experience. We strive to make the salon the best experience possible and this will be addressed immediately. We have a highly rated salon and next time that you come back this will no longer persist. Unfortunately is likely to have customers coming smelling and I will do the best to identify who they are.
