Noisy spot in lobby of a Walmart super center. Oily lotion in use. Reluctant to use more than one towel, leaving feet on a damp to towel. Mani itself was OK. Nothing great.

Jason who was going to do my nails is unprofessional and rude. I requested to do an ombre and he rolled his eyes and yelled to his coworker what I wanted and rudly told me to show the picture to the lady they then said to soak my nails off and I would have to wait longer I said it was fine I would take the refill instead because I have been waiting for 45mins already, he said "no no he will do it" he proceeds to chop my previous set off aggressively and soak my nails off and immediately starts doing someone else's nails giving her his undivided attention when he agreed to do my nails, he would hop from chair to chair back and forward from the lady beside me to me, when he would sit down to attend me his tone was very rude and he was very rough with my hands throwing them down into the bowl of acetone and picking them back up, I then asked him why he's grabbing me like that and he laughed so I asked if the other lady working can do my nails instead he laughed harder and said "oh I'm not doing your nails" and walked away smirking, the owner apologized and asked me to wait additional time so she can do my nails but at this point I felt extremely uncomfortable with the customer service. I'm never going back. I walked away with chopped up nails and them soaking off my previous manicure that was still good.
