We highly recommend ACE Relocation Systems for anyone moving local or to another state. From the time they gave us the first estimate to the delivery of our furniture and boxes they handled our move from Florida to North Carolina professionally, efficiently, and timely. They were very careful with how items were boxed and taking special care of our breakables. The driver and the packing crew were amazing. They worked together packing everything in the moving van in no time at all. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any move you may have.

I would strongly advise against using Ace Relocation Systems. We had a horrible experience with them when they moved us from Texas to Florida. They broke my daughter's bed, left scratches on our furniture, and even gave us a box that didn't belong to us. Several months later, they called us and tried to get a few extra hundred dollars in made up fees. They broke my daughter's bed while they were loading it onto the truck. They also scratched our furniture and they even gave us a box that didn't belong to us. We were very upset when we saw the damage that the movers had caused. We called the Ace Relocation representative and he told us that he would look into it. However, he never called us back. We tried to call him several times, but he never answered his phone. Several months later, we received a call from Ace Relocation. They told us that there were some additional fees that we owed them. We were shocked, as we had already paid them over $17,000 for the move. When we asked them for an itemized list of the fees, they were unable to provide one. We would not recommend Ace Relocation to anyone. They are a dishonest and unprofessional company that does not care about their customers. If you are looking for a moving company, we would suggest that you choose a different one.
