I have to say normally I hate having to buy a car. Usually I feel like I need to shower after. Kind of like Ariel after dealing with Ursula...I am pleased to say, this was NOT the case with this car.John the owner was professional and very nice. We went on a 15 or 20 minute test drive on different roads. This was to see how the vehicle ran on all streets and speeds. By the way this was John's idea. After we decided to purchase the mini van he showed us the engine the oil the transmission fluid checked the lights the directionals made sure we had no questions left to ask. Now, we did not buy a new mini van. I am sure there will be some minor issues down the road. It is a 2004. He hooked up the computer to the car ro show there were no glaring issues . I found the whole experience to be painless and a great fit for me and my family. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience EDIT: while we did buy a see car. It lasted less than a week. Yes I said week. I know he had no obligation to help us, but a week and the transmission went out. Would have been nice to have offered to help in some way. Not saying he did anything wrong but didnt do right.
