We closed on our first new home with Holiday builder on 3/28 and during this process we worked with both Rolando and Lisa primarily. Rolando G. was are mortgage loan originator who absolutely went above and beyond getting us the best deal ever on our new home. He was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Lisa P. was are loan processor who was also very delightful to work with. Her communication throughout the entire underwriting process was amazing and she made sure to answer any and all questions I threw her way. Overall we are very pleased with the final numbers on our loan for our new home. Thank you so much again for all your hard work during this process

Coastal Loans where excellent during the approval process for my new home. Lara and Andrew where very transparent through the entire process and their online portal made uploading the needed documents very easy.My wife and I highly recommend Coastal Loans we had a great experience through the entire process to our closing.
