Was recommended David by my sister in law while shopping for rates. David was professional, courteous and very punctual. Anytime I had a question his deep knowledge of the process and his ability to explain difficult things in an easy manner was a HUGE help. Was able to negotiate with the lender to help out in one scenario that was very beneficial. Michelle also is very helpful and punctual in helping get all docs in to the lender. Overall, as a first time home buyer, his expertise and guidance made the process seamless for my wife and I. We thank you both for your professionalism, courtesy, timeliness and kindness in dealing with newbies!! Would highly recommmend using David and his team for your mortgage needs!
