This company really deserves zero stars, like someone else said what a clown show this place is, The people that answer the phone are useless, no help, cant understand their language, my suggestion is find a different mortgage company, I had no choice this was the company that I was transferred to from another company. This company is bad news run !!!

I have had a terrible experience with RoundPoint ever since my mortgage was transferred to them. We were fortunate enough to qualify for partial monthly assistance but they would demand full payment amount each month and then charge late fees on top of that. They did that for 3 months! I highly do not recommend. Avoid if you can.

Just like all banks in the U.S. horrible service and treats customers like they don't matter. All they care about is their investors, not the customer! One of many cartels that run the country. I guess under the current circumstances in the U.S with a fraudulent and fake government this makes sense. What a joke!
