My experience was horrible. The loan officer Ricardo Morales, was totally unprofessional, disrespectful and a liar. When he got all my information he told me about the great amount of money that I could get approved. I gave him all my information for him to run a pre-approval. He first said that my pre-approval amount was 230k, he wanted my wife to refinance our vehicle to take that payment from my credit and with that I would get a higher amount. I told him that i didn't want to do that and i wanted to look for a house under the 230k amount. After that he said that it wasn't 230k, and it was 221k. I found a house under that price and even made an offer to the house, without even seeing a pre-approval letter or email. We didn't won that house so' looking for other I found a new house and the price was 200k, when my realtor contact him to get the pre-approval confirmation he told him that I wasn't approved for that amount. I call him to ask, what he was talking about and all the sudden he now said that I didn't even had a pre-approval, that i didn't had anything, he was arrogant explaining the situation and lied about the amounts that he said (verbally) to me and my realtor. How I didn't had a pre-approval if we sended a offer for a house? And why did you run my credit if you weren't going to do the pre-approval?
Realtors don't work with this guy, he will make your clients go away, and you will lose money and time. I really don't understand how this company has people like Ricardo Morales working there.

Daniel made the impossible happen, I was first with a different agent with a different company and the guy said if I cant get you approved knobody can. Long story short he lied to us and we were never approved to begin with. Daniel On the other hand was introduced to us by our realitor Diviana Munoz with keller William's. This guy Daniel thought of ideas and made something happen somehow finding away for us to be approved when we had very little hope as criteria and status of our aprooval options were very limited. Best Service and friendliness from any company I have ever hired.

PRMG Inc, this Company will go the extra mile to make sure you close on your real estate purchase in weeks as long as you provide them the necessary documents to them in a timely manner. The staff members are highly professional, dedicated, reliable, experienced and very friendly.
