Honestly, I only have positive things to say about ACE Lending Group, LLC. Lina M. was great. She was very knowledgeable and professional!. She assisted me with my lending process. She was always available and explained the process in detail. Everything was fast and clear. I am just glad my realtor referred me to this company. I highly recommend them. I also worked with Anna M. and she was also very courteous and communicative. Absolutely the best. Thank you Lina M. And Anna M. A+

I can't express enough how thankful I am for the amazing service and communication from Len, Allison and the rest of the team during our mortgage process. I recently completed the process of purchasing a house in Leesburg, Florida. My mortgage was facilitated by Bruce Monsanty and a member of his team, Allison. I could not be more satisfied with the service and communication provided by these two individuals from ACE Lending Group, LLC. Bruce proved to be a reliable, knowledgable, dedicated loan originator whose experience and expertise in navigating through the sea of paperwork was so important in this process. His associate, Allison was equally important and she is an excellent communicator. Both of these ACE Lending associates were pleasant and positive in their professional demeanor and dedication to making sure my needs were met and my requirements were clearly communicated. Both were also aware of my sometimes less than adequate computer/technological expertise. Bruce was also quite professional in discussing my loan requirements with my investment broker and her office. I would like to add that my experience was interrupted 'mid-stream' by my hospitalization due to a burst appendix which caused a six day stay in Orlando Health South Lake hospital. Bruce and Allison were very understanding and worked with me through this difficult and unexpected turn of events. Having been involved in six previous home buys/sells I can say that ACE Lending Group was outstanding in their timeliness, attention to detail, and personal concern during the course of acquiring my loan. Bruce has continued to keep in touch with me and I value his input on both the loan process, as well as negotiating the particular issues in my moving from North Carolina to Florida. I can attest 100% to the superb service I received from Bruce and Allison during my working with ACE Lending Group.

Allison, I can't thank you enough for being such a great help to us! Your professionalism is truly outstanding and amazing! Even when things got to you never changed your attitude towards me when I know sometimes you could feel my frustration!
