EVOLUTION MORTGAGE LOANS LLC Mortgage broker and Mortgage Loan Originator License Christopher S. Reyes helped me buy an uninsurable house. Christopher showed me two quotes from Citizen's and handled all the insurance issues for me. After closing on the loan, I found out from the underwriter Christopher was dealing with that no underwriter in the state of Florida would insure my house. This really seems like a breach of fiduciary that Christopher did not share this information with me before closing the loan. I was really shocked when I found out Christopher procured FAKED insurance documents from Lloyds of London to close on my loan, I hope the commission was worth it. I can speak freely about this; Christophers paper trail confirms this and protects me from libel. Anything to catch a dollar, BUYER BEWARE! There is no recourse when people in a regulated industry break fiduciary and laws.
