        I brought in my laptop battery for replacement, intending to gift it to my niece. After a week with no update, I called only to find out the part hadn't even been ordered. Upon calling again in the second week, I was assured the part had arrived and would be done by week's end. However, upon checking again, I was met with an angry and unprofessional response from Phil, who claimed the part hadn't been ordered yet. Requesting to speak with a manager, I was informed none were available and to call back. Frustrated, I called back to cancel my service request and went to the store, where Phil attempted to rectify the situation after contacting his district manager (why couldnt he contact the manager when I called but only when I told him I was canceling my order and coming to retrieve my laptop he felt he had to reach out). Despite their offer of a 10% discount, I politely declined and left with my laptop.

        Maddie was amazing. She is professional, provides excellent customer service. She calmed my anxiety about my cracked pc screen. She is skilled, knows how to do her job well. I received a new screen the same day I dropped off my laptop! I will definitely go to Maddie again. She should be promoted to a leadership role because she managed expectations and provided exceptional customer experience.
