Kenia is passionate about the needs of her clients and listens to what the client wants in a home. She works tirelessly to ensure that the client reaches the table for closing and is willing and always available no matter the time of day. She has a strong and capable team but also a very experienced team along side her that makes it a one stop shop. Our family was so blessed to have Kenia representing us as our realtor. She is an expert in local neighborhoods and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home based on our very specific, almost difficult needs. She always made us feel like a priority and went out of her way to help us with every step of the process. She has a wealth of knowledge and contacts that helped us even after the sale. Kenia is a fabulous realtor. I was not the easiest client to deal with... I had high expectations and a very specific type of property I was looking for that was harder to find in my price range. Kenia was helpful, organized, and helped keep me positive whenever I got discouraged. She made the entire process less stressful for me during a very stressful time of buying my first home. She also was great during the negotiation process and helped me save money purchasing my home. Lastly, she was always on time for any appointments and responded to me quickly. I would recommend Kenia to anyone looking to purchase their home.
