Whewwwww where do I start! I'd met Jessica awhile ago and when I signed on she said to me: "GET READY BABE! THIS WILL BE A SMOOTH QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE PROCESS!" Instantly she took off!!! All I can say is ..... Jus "28" days ago I met Carlos and Terry! From the day I met them I felt as though I'd known them forever. Like, when you meet them they both have a genuine sweet, honest, kind heart. They showed so much love, concern, and patience. I were a nervous wreck throughout this process and they'd seemed to always know. Most importantly they took the time to know and understand me as a person. They knew exactly what I wanted in a home for my family memories. They didn't hesitate to take out time upon my availability to stay out there and search for what my heart desired. It's important to have a team that is most concerned of getting the home you desire and keeping you informed on every step of the way. Im not one to trust easily but they were a team I felt in my heart I could relax because they were honest from beginning and made the best deals for me and not for themselves. With tears in my eyes at this moment as a single mother. I'm so BLESSED AND GRATEFUL for all you've done for my family. Great, wholehearted genuine, caring, people are hard to come by now days without underlying gain for themselves. I'm recommending you'll 1000000% to everyone I know. You guys are absolutely AWESOME words aren't enough! So THANK YOU for being the Angels sent by way Id give 10 if I could.

These are the best realtors in the whole business! Just bought my first house, and could not have asked for better service! Carlos and Terri thoughtfully took my feedback and preferences and helped me throughout the whole process. They treated me like family and would recommend THEM to ANYONE!!!

It was truly a pleasure working with you and your team! Buying property while living so far away was a challenge but you helped us at every step. You really listened to our wants and needs and made the process so much easier for us. The organization of setting up appointments was so great! My friend and I recently closed on a new home. We are very pleased with the services Terri and Carlos provided. I would say the best part of their service is that they are very personable. I did not feel like an anonymous client of theirs, but like a friend or family member. This was my first experience buying a home and I experienced a great amount of stress and frustration. Terri and Carlos took all that, threw it away, and came back without any baggage to talk me through my problems and help me understand the process. Also, they are available just about any time. I texted them with a question at 1AM, expecting them to text back the next day.But they were right there, replying within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend them if you are home hunting.
