The Soda Fountain and Doghouse

I order from Uber eats and it used to be when so ordered a banana split it was delivered in the proper way in the proper container. Now its essentially all mixed up in a small tub and there are definitely containers build for deliver of this item and this isnt it. Its severely disappointing and while I recognize everything is together, this container mixes everything far too much and just isnt done well. The cost of the banana split isnt cheap and I would have appreciated to get it done well. Not thrown together in a soup container.

My Chicago style dog was delicious. The hot dog and ice cream was good quality and fresh. The establishment is clean with friendly service.

We visited today with a group of 9 people(5 special need). First off there was in infestation of bees inside, so your only option was to sit outside or take the risk of getting stung on the inside. We as a group of 9 individuals ordered several items including the chonky monkey, hotdogs, a brownie sundae, strawberry shortcake and etc, Everything was either heated in an air fryer or microwave opposed to a roaster, or broiler. It seems there was a rush to make things rather than taking time to make it the correct way. The customer service was not so pleasant from the guy whom was serving and seems they catered to other patrons first and not accommodating to the special need individuals whom were there first( Camera will not lie-Roll them) We watch the guy offer a couple two bottles of water for their wait however we were there first and nothing was offered to our group! The server had on black gloves, I watched her prepare food, walk through the door to take the food outside with the gloves on, come back inside with the gloves on after touching the doors and etc, only to prepare other food! That says a lot! We value the Central Florida area and local businesses, but when you over look special need individuals or cant accommodate appropriately we will not return. If youre reading this review, your best options would be to try, The White Rabbit, Cold Stone Creamery, Jeremiahs, Twistee Treat, Rolled Ice Cream, and etc where you know you would get what your money is paying for and great customer service. We spend lots of time out in our communities and trying new things and businesses but by far this was not a good experience at all, We will NOT RETURN.
