Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

It sucks to know after 5 years their customer service still sucks( reference to another review) I walked in with my sister & daughter and greeted the guy who was preparing oline orders I assumed. I had to question if he had worked there because he didnt greet me back. I looked at the flavors and decided I needed to sample a few so I politely asked if they had sample cups and before I could finish the guy cut me off and said, ask her to the lady standing behind him . She kindly gave me 2 sample cups. In between time the two associates were preparing online orders and interfering with us getting our topping & not bothering to excuse theirself. . Lastly while we were ready to check out there were now three associates in the front and no one thought to help us. We stood there for nearly a minute while everyone stood within arms reach of us and when the young lady finally decided to help us the asked me to answer a question on the pin pad which was asking if I wanted to leave a tip. That had to be the funniest part of my day. But heres a tip for you: if you dont like your job LEAVE!!! I came here from over 800 miles away and this definitely wasnt the customer service I was expecting

Good tasting icecream Parking: Like 10 but on a city road so its hard to find parking
