Really friendly staff, tasty food, in generous portions, and really reasonable prices.

Despite the good food, the service is terrible, even by American standards and compared to restaurants in the same category like Dennys and IHOP. We went twice at night (10pm) after leaving the parks, the first time we waited for 10 minutes and then were told that they would only serve fried food due to the time of day, we left. The other day at 10:15pm, no one came to help us, we called but were not answered. Avoid!

The place had good food. Our waitress was nice and accommodating. They sat us at a dirty table, we spoke to the busser and he cleaned it right away. Then we ordered chicken fingers, they werent cooked all the way. The waitress brought us out a new batch which were fully cooked. Overall not a bad experience. I would come back due to the great service.

We stopped into Perkins over the weekend while on a family vacation in the Orlando area. We were fortunate enough to have Wendy as our server. She was AWESOME. She engaged with my husband and I, both of our kids (11 and 15), and make our brunch truly enjoyable. She made our day! Perkins is extremely lucky to have a very long-term employee like Wendy on their team. She should train all servers with company - a true GEM!

This was the second time I've been to a "Perkins" and it was great again. If you want a delicious American breakfast, nothing beats Perkins. Pancakes, bacon... great!
