QDOBA Mexican Eats

Soft taco shells are falling apart. Terrible food presentation. Guacamole color looks like it was done three days ago. First time and last time trying this place. $60 down the drain.

Fresh Mexican Food. It is always fresh, Great place for a good burrito bowl You will enjoy the flavors. I usually get steak amd chicken together. Excellent every time!

The man with glasses and black shirt was very rude. I am 16 and he Yell at me in front of my friends and others in store because it was my first time there and he could not hear me , he was rushing me & yes it was busy but honestly its no excuse for the treatment. He yelled and told me to speak up. Yes I started to cry but thankfully the girl on cash register noticed and she apologized and gave me my food for free. I can tell he does this often because even she said that she has to deal with this all the time. he continued to make comments, hes rude

I am a regular customer for more than 6 years at this Qdoba. First time horrible customer service. The manager served me 2 bowls and 2 mini bowls measuring the rice, and said cant give extra. Their kids meal dont come with rice at all. My kids eat rice. Thats why I get mini bowl. But he served table spoon rice in mini bowl, and said McDonalds dont serve rice for kids. He was telling me what my kids should eat. And was very rude in his voice and tone and treated me badly. I was shocked. Many days they have given it was not new, I was even ok to pay extra. And another employee continued her rudeness as well while serving sauces. And manger was ok with it. This was the treatment knowing Im a regular customer and said its ok if they have to lose my business. Plz learn to talk and treat customers equally and with respect. There are few other employees who are good. But the Manager needs training in treating customers equally.

Second time trying to order some food here and it's also the second time they don't have any cauliflower rice. I am forced to take my keto diet somewhere else. It'd be nice to offer double protein when cauliflower rice is out free of charge of course
