      image It's been almost 2 months since these people can send referrals to a specialist, calling by phone is torture, I honestly don't recommend it to take your children! There must be better options and better professionals who work in the medical record

      Don't waste your time.
      The turn-around time for medication related messages is more than 48 hours (96 hours last week). Pharmacy A had medication on backorder so I was instructed (48 hours after initial message) to find Pharmacy B to fill. It's been 3 days and still no script to Pharmacy B. No reply to my message regarding Pharmacy B.
      Aaannd Pharmacy B will likely be on backorder, having me go back to Pharmacy A for another form of meds with likely the same, frustrating turn-around!!!
      Literally on hold RIGHT NOW for 19 minutes.
      In addition, the LNPs never write a summary. I have to remind about conversations.
      Calling my insurance company to dispute my last two appointments. No payment to Lifestance should be made.
      I have NEVER felt so frustrated.
