image I have been silence for too long now. I was made to feel small, inadequate and was also disrespected on numerous accounts. Working for this business was the worse mistake of my life.
Being that theyre a MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC, I felt confident and comfortable in stating my own mental health being that I was in therapy. I was made to feel ashamed for having a therapist outside of them and for even sharing this private information. I was FORCED to share my medical records, my therapist at the time was being harassed and sent assessments to her regarding my mental health. All of this, while sitting in meetings and being told that I met their expectations, my call volume was great, my professionalism, etc
I had to go to COURT for my childrens child support and thats when they felt the need to use my mental health against me, demand that I get my therapist to sign an assessment so they can ACCOMMODATE.. why was I never asked? I wonder why was it more important for them to want my entire records from my therapist than to get to know their employer? Timothy Scarletta, made me feel insecure because I had a client on the phone who had a lot of questions. Timothy who is the CEO doesnt have a personal EXT, would rather sit in his office and only show face when he needs to cover his. When no one is available to assist, he would be the next point of contact. So, from the second floor, I ran downstairs and into their private area to his office. OUT OF BREATH due to my OWN WEIGHT, in the same meeting I was fired in, he mentioned this very moment and deemed it as me being unfit for the job. He stated that it was my anxiety and mental health. I attempted numerous of times to correct him on this, he slammed his hand on the table, became aggressive and utterly disrespectful towards me. His sister COO Gina Ballard, sat back and didnt even defend me ONCE. I went to HR about court and my stuff as I believed and always known HR to be there for employees. Not at this place. Going to HR is like going to them. Nothing is private and it will get around. Gina Ballards daughter was hired in the HR department which made it far more uncomfortable.
After I was fired, they held single meetings and discussed the matter without me even speaking to
anyone! The employees heard me crying and came to comfort me. Its a mental health clinic, right? Oh okay, I thought that employees are teammates, well, they were there for me and the higher ups didnt like this at all.
In these meetings they told employees that I have PTSD and shared whatever else they felt the need to share. I was embarrassed. No one knew much about me! Only the ones that were SUPPOSED to. They violated my rights as en employee and as a human. The way I was spoken to, about and treated was disgusting.
They find any reason to stop treating you. Theyre the most biased people to ever work in the mental health field. The therapist there dont even care about the patients and everyones medications are all over the place. Off of one meeting that last 15 mins they prescribe any and everything.
STOP GOING HERE! STOP TAKING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE!

image This place has the worst mental health support that Ive ever gotten. I originally came here for therapy and to see a psychiatrist. I was told that I was high priority and that I needed to be put on the waiting list for therapy and they would call me when it was my turn. After a few months of being on the list, I called to see how close I was to getting therapy and I found out that they took me off the waiting list without telling me. I called the psychiatrist for answers but they couldnt give me a good reason why I was taken off the list in the first place. I asked for therapy once again and I was told that I needed to join the waitlist for the second time. For someone who was told that they were high priority, this company didnt act like it. Not to mention the psychiatrists running late/canceling appointments. I would recommend that people find help elsewhere.

image I was looking for a new clinic and decided to check out this place in person. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff whom seemed eager to help answer all my questions. Beatriz was so patient with me. She is well educated on the programs and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. She had such an amazing attitude and made me feel comfortable during this process. Beatriz is truly a great person for taking the time to help me and make me feel like I am important and not just another patient. I definitely recommend this place and recommend speaking to Beatriz if you have any questions or concerns.

image Screw this place. They lie to you and push you away. They help no one. They dont care about their patients getting any treatment. They just push you away. Stay away from this horrid awful place. Unless you want to be pushed into committing suicide, stay far far away.

image I used to work for this company for 2.5 years. Like all work place it has its up and downs, but during my time there I experienced a lot of growth and made some amazing friendships.
