Don't have my insurance cards yet and they refused to call the provider for verification. So I was forced to pay $355 in order to talk to someone and get reimbursed later. I've been covered by Disney insurance for 11 days but still cannot get access to my group/provider numbers. This is not very helpful in an emergency situation.

Worst experience. This is supposed help you with mental health yet all Ive received from them is STRESS. After being told I will not be charged a fee for not showing up to an appointment that was JUST MADE (because the last appointment they never sent me medication). We figured out the medication fiasco before the next appointment was scheduled
. I called to make sure I wouldnt get a fee (after being told by TWO different people I would NOT get charged). This place is just down right pathetic. You can tell the workers are miserable and that translates to how they treat the customers that are there for mental health services. This place is bad STAY AWAY.

This office is good -- they have been quick to get me set up with an appointment and fill out paper work etc.
The patient portal however is complete garbage. Messaging my doctor is a nightmare when there is no basic formatting, and I have to go to a separate inbox to see my sent messages vs my received messages (its a conversation with your doctor, just have the entire conversation there AND formatted so it is legible!)
The video software is some knock-off zoom (VSEE) and it is garbage. I work from home in the tech industry so this frustrated me beyond belief -- it couldn't recognize my cameras at all and I have multiple cameras! They need to just use Teams or Zoom, VSEE is COMPLETE trash.
When the user experience improves, my rating will improve.
