Dr. Jason Pirozzolo is AMAZING!!!!!!!! I had a type of stem cell called PRP TODAY- simple, easy, virtually painless because he has a special trick he does when he gives you a shot. I had mine in the knee and quite honestly I am the hugest biggest wimp that there is and was grateful for his secret trick of the trade. I did not feel the shot in my knee at all. I would let him do any shot on me anytime. That little trick is amazing.!!! I did a lot of research before I had the procedure done. I liked the fact that it was a 90% success rate, zero downtime and a one time visit!! So far- VERY VERY HAPPY!!! And I was able to avoid knee surgery!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks doc- & darlene!!!

After breaking and displacing my 3rd metacarpal, the Dr. Phillips ED referred me to Orlando Hand Surgery Associates. My experience with OHSA and Dr. Patel were exceptional. It's only been three month post surgery and I have full range of motion. I couldn't be more thankful. Dr. Patel is an exceptional surgeon and genuinely cares about his patients. Post surgery I received a call from Dr. Patel making sure everything was going smoothly. I strongly recommend Dr. Patel.

I have a tear in the TFCC and after the PRP treatment under the care of Dr. Anup Patel's Ive seen an improvement. My pain was unbearable. I could not do simple motions without having excruciating pain now I am back to lifting weights. Dr. Patel and I talked about the possibility of having surgery. I really appreciated that he was honest and caring enough to tell me it might not work. Thats why we decided on trying the PRP therapy. Although Dr. Patel barely found documented cases where PRP therapy had been applied to TFCC tears like mine his professional attitude, experience and knowledge gave me enough confidence to give it a try. He is a caring physician that will give his best shot to his patients. I am proud to have him as my hand doctor. Thank you Dr. Patel. PS: He was so professional that he made my husband a full participant throughout the process even though they have never met in person; only over the phone.
