Doctors and nursing staff that Ive interacted with are great, but if you have to interact with corporate, its a completely different story. I provided them a screenshot from their MyChart portal, which indicated that I had $594 of unapplied monies. When I requested a refund, Sarah insisted that didnt have any unapplied monies, gave me excuses as to why it took over a month for a reply to my inquiry, and even had the audacity to tell me that Im confused. I finally got my refund (no thanks to Sarah, who is still adamant that I was never owed a refund). However, I wont be back to OH or Physician Associates. A company is only as strong as their weakest link, and Sarah is equivalent to a rusty cog.

Terrible,being sent home today still not well,in pain and bp elevated. I am a heart patient. Being "rushed" out, so they can get empty bed to make money. Husband and I have been recurring patients for many, many years.

Took them almost a whole year to refund a pre-payment that insurance ultimately paid off in the end and they OWED me $160. Quick to take our money but slow af and careless to give it back.
