Complete scam. Following a general wellness visit I receive a call that the doctor would like to go over my blood work with me. I schedule the call and have a 5 minute conversation with the doctor Deanna Le. Basically she reads me the results that get emailed to you and suggests I exercise more and eat better. I am now being charged $62.61 for a 5 minute phone call where I am told being told the most basic of information. DO NOT COME HERE they will nickel and dime you at every opportunity

I really enjoyed coming here until one day I needed a refill on my asthma albuteral inhaler. I was a Pt there for over a year and a half and had a 1 yr follow up for a physical and I needed a refill on my inhaler. The receptionist called me back and told me that I needed to make a separate appointment for the inhaler and that they will not prescribe me one the day of my yearly check up. WOW! I have worked in the medical field for 20 years and that is not ok. You really showed that you are not for the patient. You are for the money. A normal doctor would fill your regular meds during your annual check up and give you enough refills until your next 1 year check up. I found another primary care provider and before I even made the appointment I asked them if they do the same thing as this office and they laughed and said no, no we do not. You do not care about your patients.....you are why insurance is so high now a days! I will be letting blue cross and blue shield know about this as well.

I dont now what to feel right about now. I was turned down for my appointment by the receptionist and my blood pressure meds are being denied at the pharmacy because the receptionist says i owe $190 like i never got a bill for that and i have great insurance. I dont know if its because i moved or what not, but on my insurance app my doctors bill says i owe zero dollars. I wonder if Dr. Nyugen even knows about this and if so its time for a new primary doctor because if you turn down a patient for that little money and risk them to have a stroke without blood pressure meds your not the doc for me and my family sorry but not!!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Michelle Nguyen. The front desk was so kind the moment you come in. You can really tell when the doctor really cares about their patient because Dr. Nguyen took her time to ask me questions about my issues. I felt extremely well informed and good after I left her office because I felt like I was in good hands. Amazing office and doctor!!
