Terrible place! First, they have changed doctors 3 times over the past year, so that tells you something. They screwed up my coding for appointments and bloodwork done, which would have cost be hundreds of dollars had I not spent hours trying to figure it out. When I did and had them speak to my insurance person, they were so rude to my insurance person I had to apologize for them. Then when I needed a prescription refill, Julie (who answered the phone) was immediately rude and put out that I dared to call her, then insisted they didn't do the prescription (which they did) and although I kept trying to explain that they did could they ask the doctor, she started yelling me. Literally yelling! It should not be a bother for a patient to call in and ask questions, and request that they ask the doctor when their response is "I don't know." I highly recommend you find another doctor - you'll regret going here.
