        The lady at the reception is very rude. I came early for my appointment. She called my name when it was my turn, at this time the waiting room was full near the front so I sat in the back. I am a wounded veteran and limp when I walk so as quickly as possible I came to the front counter and she called someone else as I stood there. So I had to treck all the way back to my seat. Later she called me again, she did the same thing and called someone else as I got up to the front. She looked me in the eye and continued with someone else. So I had to go wait again and then when she called me she asked if I was standing in the bathroom because she called me twice and then marked me as a no show. How unbelievable! I stood in her face twice and each time I got to the counter she called someon else. Very unprofessional and rude.
