I recently had an unfortunate experience with Milestone Reporting Company that I feel compelled to share. To my surprise, I received an unsolicited email from them, despite never having any prior interactions or business dealings with their firm. Moreover, I have never subscribed to any mailing list that would justify such a contact. This unsolicited communication is a clear example of spam, which is both unwelcome and intrusive.

The use of spam to reach out to potential customers is not only disrespectful but also undermines the trust and credibility that are fundamental to establishing professional relationships.
