I have been so afraid to try therapy for years and I finally decided I wanted to go with my husband to get help with communicating. We found a guy in the village, Ocala area where we live and he was the worst. So I gave up for 6 months than me and my husband hit a really rough patch and needed someone so I found Sally at high expectations and I dont no how I would have gotten through some of these really hard days with out her. As much effort as you put in to therapy she will also. on days where you didn't know you needed a session she does everything she can to get you in or just send you some encouragement. She's helping me see so much about my self and I'm so happy I'm doing this journey of trying to heal my marriage and self with her help. If your looking for someone to help and actually cares about your personal or relationship journey shes it.

Sally High has helped my son by leaps and bounds in such a short time! She has helped him learn constructive ways to deal with his anxiety before it gets the best of him. She has provided a safe place for him to be vulnerable, open and honest. She leads with empathy and kindness. If you take the time to read her Bio, I can attest her words are authentic!
