I highly recommend Growth Marketing Firm to any business owner if you are looking to grow your business. From the beginning, Will was easy to talk to and great to work with. We were able to come to an agreement on services, pricing, and payment. They are not just a firm you can pay to do your dirty work, they are more than that. Running a business is not easy and growing a business is something that many business owners don't ever get to reach. A lot of times its just trying to survive to the next month or next quarter. Working with the Growth team has brought us to the next level and after speaking with the owner Chris many times, I finally have a sense of direction and understanding on my business. The team Kristina, Jesse, Jerry, Sarah, Ginny, Ricky, and Gunner have been absolutely wonderful to work with and they really do care about our vision and through their work they were able to really bring our vision to life. We now have a much improved, re-designed website which we are launching soon and we are moving over to the marketing strategy. Again, I highly recommend Growth Marketing to anyone looking to grow their business or start one. They have changed our lives and I'm sure they will change yours as well. We had a great experience working with Growth Marketing. We had a hosting emergency and Chris took time to help me find a solution and pull my site over to a temporary solution on a Friday night at 5:00. The team is awesome! They have an organized method of onboarding, were great at uploading our contact data, and were able to answer our questions about general usage of Hubspot for our needs. Katrina is a super genius and was able to create custom items for us every time we asked for one. Jesse was on the ball and very fast with all of our requests. Gunnar was great to work with on the site build and taught me everything I needed to know to run my website myself. Sarah had great website design elements and captured our branding well. We had one or two communication hiccups during the site build process and a few design concerns once the site was built, but they were great to work with us to get everything cleared up and launched. I amended this review to 5 stars on 4-17-23 because Growth was very responsive and got all of my concerns resolved in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend the team at Growth for any small business needing to implement Hubspot. A+ service and quality.

Katrina is amazing!! She is so positive, supportive, patient and knowledgeable I was first introduced to Chris Nault, Founder of Growth Marketing Firm, by Brian Nault at Hubspot after signing up for Hubspot SalesOS and MarketingOS. Brian was a great welcome to the company. Next I met up with Katrina Horne as my main point of contact for the onboarding experience. She has been there for me. So wonderful making it so easy to transition my strategic marketing plans from my head and into this tool with an immediate response rate.
