I went to have a makeup test for my wedding. Which I loved. I agreed with her that she would be my makeup artist and my stylist for my wedding. We had communication. Until the month of my wedding arrived. I wrote to Karla to let her know my wedding itinerary. Which she didn't remember me. I sent her a screenshot of the conversations we had, but she kept saying she didn't have my information and my day on her calendar. I come back and send you the screenshots of the conversation and the day we decided on your services for my wedding. She wrote to me again that she had nothing of me. I got so angry that in my desperation, I looked for another girl to do the job for me. I mean, I'm talking about how it was in January that I had a makeup test where I met her and saw that she was an excellent girl. He also charged me $270 for the makeup trial. Which I do not use their complete products. But she told me that on my wedding day everything would be much better and she would know that my makeup and hair would be excellent that day. I trusted her and even gave her $30 more for tips. In this comment I don't want to speak ill of the girl, but I do want to let her know that she was irresponsible and that I don't recommend her for anything. When I looked for the other girl it was already at the beginning of the month of my wedding. Desperate and disappointed, I wrote to Karla again and let her know that there was no problem, I already found another girl to do the job. At that point, she decided to tell me to contact her. I mean I hope I found another person to tell me let's talk. So for me it is fatal, not professional at all and super dissatisfied. I don't recommend it. I give it a 0 on everything. she should be more focused on the dates and be more aware of her services and write them down. Because he told me that there was nothing about me on his calendar. When the next day she wrote me asking how the service was and if I decided to have her be my makeup artist and my hairstylist. Which I replied: Yes, very excited.
