The service was great, and we have already recommended them to a friend of ours. They were very helpful in getting us back in when we locked ourselves out of our apartment complex. We called them for help with our car lockout and they arrived very quickly. They did an excellent job dealing with my problem and even gave me tips on how to avoid accidentally locking myself out of my car again. They charged us less than we expected which was also a nice surprise.

Beware. We were quoted $114 for a non-emergency service. The guy put in a different type of lock, then tried to charge me almost $600. After a painful exchange over the phone we settled at $246.
