Came in for a loan and mind you Ive been to this location and many other locations before and Ive never had an issue. The heavy-set lady behind the glass window told me that I needed to to send proof of an active bank account which I did. Ive been here almost a whole hour and they keep telling me that they have not received my email with proof of an active bank account an older lady with glasses comes up asking what did I put on the subject line when sending it told me that the reason it didnt go through was because I put something on the subject line, which is Bs. People are coming and going and still nobody has helped. Gilbert who is the manager doesnt do anything to help the situation or fix the situation. He stand on his behind the counter and stares at me while playing with the receipt paper. After me standing here for so long the lady came back to tell me that Amscot email system is down. You all need to get it together. A whole hour and change later Gilbert comes to ask me for my account information which is crazy. Keep in mind that as a manager you should know when to take charge
