ACE Cash Express

I have done business with this particular ACE Cas Express for about a year plus and am very happy with their c customer service. Michelle is very sweet but to the point. She will engage in conversation but will most likely be all about the business at hand. Natalie is equally sweet yet more of going. Both make a great team. I have yet to get acquainted with the new employee Sara but she seems promising and well trained (kudos to Natalie for training her well). All in all, like being and talking to family. They will always help and take care of your needs. That is why I won't go anywhere else. Check them out for yourself.

I had to obtain a loan on National Women's Day and Natalie was my agent and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful woman than Natalie. She was courteous, professional and efficient. February 24, 2023 - Ace Cash Express business loan management once again came through. Michelle and Natalie were manning the teller stations and their professionalism was on grand display. Not only are they both professionals, they are also EYE-gratifying. They conduct with a smile and sensibility of the customers needs. They handle their business with a sense of customers-urgency. They will keep getting my business. I recently had to take out a quick, small business loan at this ACE CASH EXPRESS location and Natalie is not only a beautiful doll but she is extremely proficient, professional, quick, sincere and very tactful when dealing with lesser of the human beings that populate our planet. It is always a pleasure to see Natalie behind that glass window and know that my financial needs may most likely be taken care of and if not, then I am assured Natalie will formally explain in detail on if there's an issue on my financial request. That's what all patrons should expect, to be served and if not then a plausible explanation on why and then it's up to the patrons to rectify their personal financial situation so places like ACE CASH EXPRESS and Natalie could assist them. Natalie was professional, courteous and expedient on my recent request. I went to inquire on a cash advance and Michelle was extremely helpful, courteous, nice and professional. She explained the process and even assisted in opening up another account for myself. I am very grateful for her service. James W. I just came from this location to inquire on a different level of financial services and Sylvia was in charge. As she took care of the other customers she greeted myself and I inquired on those particular services. As Sylvia was explaining them to myself, another customer came up close to myself on the counter and this particular customer was extremely loud, obnoxious and belligerent while talking on their phone. Sylvia kindly asked this 'woman' customer to please move down the counter so she can explain this particular financial opportunity to myself. This 'woman' customer became even more ignorant and obnoxious and the individual with whom she was speaking to on the phone also became very ignorant. But Sylvia was the EPITOME of calm, cool and professionalism. I myself work in the customer service field and it is getting very taxing dealing with the public and it takes a VERY special person to have patience because the majority of customers inhabit animalistic tendencies and act like they are owed something. Sylvia is a great example of pure professionalism and is a great ambassador for ACE CASH EXPRESS, INC.

What an awesom experience with Michelle with 2 L's. She speaks English so well and was able to understand all the instructions she gave me. I would go there for her she went above and beyond to assist my family. We need more people like her.
