Nice place nice people . Minus a star for ridiculous hours. A liquor license is very expensive. Why close at 10 1030 most days and 11 on maybe Friday and Saturday. Realistically the prime hours would at least be Monday to Thursday 4 or 5pm open so people on their way home can stop by. Plus you have ucf localities like Big Pat's. Offer student specials and b2g1 deals or whatever is realistic based on the cost. Also assuming if you had to buy extra from your supplier you should hopefully save money on extra purchases of inventory or at least be the same price. Close 12 or 1am depending on night traffic on each day. Establish what days are worth being open til 2am or 1am or 12 am. Fri Sat I'd say til 2. Sunday judge the hours but at least 11pm or 12 midnight. Mon to Thurs the same as far as hours and seeing when terrific days off too much to bother keeping open later. Don't after establishing hours do not close early only stay open late if busy if you close early and somebody has drove from UCF or has drove from a local place they are going to be checked if they look up and see you are open till 10:30 but you closed it 10 for example.. to me it makes more sense than having a liquor license and not even seem like you want to so much liquor I was like oh it's too late I don't think anybody's coming in from 11 till 2 that wants to bring in enough money to make profits basically passed what you're being paid that does not make sense and I would highly recommend you not put down a time that you close if you're going to close earlier than those times because the customer could be on their way and unless they call and ask they won't have any clue that you aren't open till the times that it says on Google that is all I have to see. The people are very nice and friendly and to get to know you write name Austin don't care if you're short a penny or two type of things and I recommend it to anyone in the dean university area that is looking to purchase fine wine or spirits boo
