Not worth it, they made me waste time like my situation is not important. Last Friday they called me to do a schedule on Monday and talk to the lawyer and they never called back. I run a business and I can't waste time and sit around waiting for them, I will get another law firm that appreciates my time.

Worst of the worst!!! Stay away from them since they do not return phone calls or keep appointments. Almost lost my trademarks because they dropped the ball for months on end not following up with the USPTO!!!!!

I had a horrific experience with this law group. It started off with a pay link before the free phone consultation for infringement. The meeting went as scheduled after I made the payment. I was personally having infringing items removed from eBay as well. There, I found a potential investor to sign a licensing agreement. I called his assistant to set up another free phone consultation. Again, I was sent a link for payment before the free phone consultation. The phone call went as scheduled. I'm still trying to figure out where the free part came from, lol! After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out. I waited and waited and waited. Finally I received the licensing agreement. The numbers that we discussed in the phone conversation were different. I tried calling, calling, emailing, emailing for weeks to resolve the issue. It honestly felt like a scam. I started feeling like a stalker, lol! When he finally emailed me back, I felt like I was being scolded I'm in the process of hiring another attorney. I asked for a fair/half of my money back. I felt like I was scolded again I guess I just get what I gotHonestly, this was just "MY" personal experience.

I hired Rapacke to write a non-provisional patent application for software. During the application process, they were helpful and responsive. When the patent examiner bounced the application back (after years of waiting), I met with them, and they told me they already knew how to respond and would work on the response. I haven't heard from them since. The deadline passed, so I inquired about the response, and months later they are still unresponsive on this topic. I had a separate provisional patent application that I was working on with them, and they would only speak to me about this patent. They haven't given me any information about why they aren't responding. Just simply ignoring me. I've never even heard of a lawyer ghosting a client like this before.

Thank you, Andrew for making the patent process seamless. I just want to encourage anyone out there wondering whether or not to take the extra step of protection by getting a patent, utility or design. I was successful in getting my design patent approved straight up without any revisions. That said, I was in complete shock when my unscrupulous competitor recently sent me a "cease and desist" letter. I was in complete shock, because not only does my product look nothing like his, but also I do have my own patent. It was a relief to hear Andrew reassure me that he will be handling this with a response letter. (I hope a scathing one.) So, the message for the audience who is an entrepreneur considering the legal protections that come with a patent: Andrew Rapacke will have your back. This, I promise.
