Visiting this laundromat was one of my best experience of Orlando. The staff, the lady that assist me in a major way. She is absolutely awesome and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting family or friends. I forgot the lady's name but she is so wonderful and helpful. She helped me a great deal. Five stars automatically!

Went there to wash comforters and blankets, and a couple small things. Not all their washers AND dryers are equipped to use credit card, one washer apparently wasn't working because I couldn't get the de ice to take my card. It never said the card was declined, so had to remove the stuff and find a different washer, the attendant never came over to try and help me, just sat. The 2nd washer finally took my card, but had to run it 5 times for it to take it. Was going to dry my comforter, but the dryer didn't have the credit card device. All the other dryers that did have the card device for pymt was in use, so just took all my wet stuff back in my car. One of my blankets still smelled bad, so didn't get cleaned, Put some of my wet items in their basket to take to my car at the curb and was told it can't go outside, so had to carry all my wet items up against me to go somewhere else to get them dried. So, I wouldn't come here, no one offered to help me to even open the door with all my items
