My fob broke. I had another fob so I needed a key cut and putting my current electric unit in the new fob. I called these people for a service. They forwarded me to a local unit, this guy rambled on for about 3minutes for getting me a brand new key. When I repeated the issue, they said they do not "fix broke keys". They only provide "mobile service for brand new keys". When I asked them the price, he said it's "29$+labor and parts". I had to ask again to know whats an approximate total (that was going to 130$-200$ btw). When I reinforced that this is not the service I'm asking for, the guy immediately cut off. I mean, I understand if I'm not taking your service then any more second is a waste. But I think that's terribly unprofessional. Tldr: Would definitely avoid if/when I'm looking for "brand new key".

Neither the call operator nor the lock smith was willing to give a upfront price, I gave the the make and model of the car so they shouldve been able to give a clearer or a approximated price rage. Over the call they said they could take card which keeps data which keeps data but when the locksmith came he only allowed cash.
