Drove here specifically to see jewelry in person. There is a nice online selection however, wanted to make sure engagement ring would go with wedding ring. Staff were so friendly and pleasant, store was in a beautiful mall. Very pleased with my selections!

Made a purchase online arrived basically next day. Gold ring had a laser white mark. Return due to 6 weeks on repairs. With purchase engraving was free. Made a return 4 weeks ago, confirmed my return for $40 less due to it having to be polished. The ring was damaged why would I pay to polish it? Horrible management said they would reach out had to call 4 days later after speaking to management. Just to call and be told an other ticket is needed. Big box store save ur money buy in person .

April has been extremely helpful and honest! She wasnt trying to upsell me anything or talk bad about their competitors. Instead, she was candid and very knowledgeable which made me trust her almost instantly. If I were to buy a ring that day, Id buy it from her.
