        THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! PERIOD!

        Internet was super fast when it was first hooked up. That only lasted 6 days.... I've been without Internet for 2 days now. Seems like they don't have the systems in place to manage Internet outages at a reasonable time like spectrum does... The value is just not there if the response time is slow.

        We switched from Spectum to Quantum Fiber about 3 months ago and couldnt be happier. The speeds are as advertised and not once have we seen loss in service. No hidden charges, bill is very fair. Thank you for the awesome service!
