I came to switch over from Tmobile and get a new phone, Hamid helped me today and was so helpful and patient with my mother and I. He is very professional and answered all of our questions and made sure we left satisfied! Super friendly and customer service was amazing. Had a great conversation! Thank you! The reps are always nice but you have to cancel mobile service by phone! If you can get the service in person, you should be able to cancel in person.

It's amazing how you can come in the store one time and speak to employee he can pull your bill up and explain stuff to you right from the computer just a few weeks ago and we come back another time with questions a few weeks later the young kid is not here and the other two people working basically said they can't look at our bill they can't see anything they can't do anything they don't have the capability so I asked the young gentleman so is the other guy your manager he said no then I said does he have some extra special computer privileges over you he said no I said so you just told me you couldn't look at our bill this is another reason spectrum sucks I wish there was other options within the area
