Aubrey and the entire team at ThinkPod knocked our new site design completely out of the park! We absolutely love the new site. It's functional, meets all our requests and our entire team LOVES it. We're so happy we're moving immediately to redesign our other site with them. Communication is so important on these types of projects as there is always a lot of back and forth. We were never waiting long for a response, design was constantly being pushed forward and when there were needed pauses, it was always communicated. ThinkPod never just went MIA on us, which was so nice. I wouldn't hesitate to spend your hard earned budget with ThinkPod. You'll love working with them!

I reached out to ThinkPod due to an unforeseen complication with my company's Google SEO. We worked hard to build and establish a strong online presence in a heavily saturated market, a goal that took us many years to accomplish. So seeing our company listing disappear overnight off all searches in google and on maps was jarring to say the least! Thankfully, I can now say this is all a thing of the past. ThinkPod team identified the issue immediately and was able to find a solution in quick time. Not only that but they provided further insight on how to improve our company's performance on Google's listings. They were proactive and highly responsive in communication, and there was a sense of focus and urgency from the team that I highly appreciated considering the issue completely disconnected us from our entire consumer base. I hired ThinkPod to help get my company noticed on Google. They went way beyond that. We're on Google, but we're also listed on over 30 other local sites now and getting reviews. They also reworked our website which wasn't generating any customers before. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.
